Berlon's MLB material long bucket has a low 21 inch profile and a long floor of 48 to 72 inches, so a skid steer can slide under the belt and pull spillage out safely. It is built with 1/2 inch side plates and a heavy duty frame, with a reversible 3/4 by 8 inch bolt-on cutting edge and the HD package with the MPUF-1HD plate included. Four standard sizes fit common conveyor setups.

The MLB Series is Berlon's aggregate bucket for cleaning up material under conveyors in quarries. The 48 inch and wider buckets are built with single or double gusset construction, and Berlon offers custom sizes.

Berlon Conveyor Clean Up Material Long Bucket Features

Low 21 inch profile with an extended floor for reaching under conveyors

1/2 inch thick side plates and a heavy duty frame

Reversible 3/4 by 8 inch bolt-on cutting edge included

HD package included: MPUF-1HD universal plate

Single or double gusset construction on 48 inch and wider buckets

Four standard sizes from 28 by 48 to 48 by 72 inches

Built to order by Berlon Industries, currently 5 to 6 weeks

Berlon MLB Bucket Sizes

Model

Inside width

Outside width

Height

Floor length

Wear bars

Weight

MLB-28x48

28 inches

29.5 inches

21 inches

48 inches

2

400 pounds

MLB-36x72

36 inches

37.5 inches

21 inches

72 inches

2

670 pounds

MLB-48x60

48 inches

49.5 inches

21 inches

60 inches

3

720 pounds

MLB-48x72

48 inches

49.5 inches

21 inches

72 inches

3

800 pounds

Will the Berlon Material Long Bucket Fit My Skid Steer?

Every MLB comes with the MPUF-1HD universal mounting plate, the quick attach on most skid steers and compact track loaders, and needs no hydraulics.
