maxx-skid-steer-side-dump-bucket
Maxx Attachments Skid Steer Side Dump Bucket

In a trench line, a tunnel or a tight job site, a side dump bucket puts the load beside the machine without turning around, and it still dumps forward like a regular bucket. The Maxx Side Dump Bucket comes in 0.60, 0.74 and 1.12 cubic yard sizes, built for left or right side dumping. A single protected cylinder with a load holding valve does the work, and a hydraulic lock valve and a mechanical lock add safety. Maxx rates it for sand, gravel, loose dirt and rock.

Maxx Side Dump Buckets are built for skid steers, compact track loaders and compact wheel loaders, for work such as tunnel construction, levee building, trench filling and asphalt roadway demolition. Each size is built as a left or right side dump, with a heavy duty single cylinder, a load holding valve, a hydraulic lock valve and a mechanical lock, a 1/4 inch moldboard and universal skid steer mounts.

Maxx Side Discharge Bucket Features for Skid Steers

Choose a left or right side dump

Also dumps forward as a conventional bucket

Heavy duty single cylinder with a load holding valve, protected from the load

Hydraulic lock valve and mechanical lock for safety

1/4 inch moldboard

Rated for material densities of 2,700 to 3,200 pounds per cubic yard

Universal skid steer mount

Maxx also builds a rock rack and a V type cutting edge for heavy rock loading; ask us about either

Maxx Side Dump Bucket Sizes

Model

Capacity

Weight

Cylinder

Moldboard

5643D1L or 5643D1R

0.60 cubic yard

1,250 pounds

3.5 inch bore, 2.0 inch rod, 18 inch stroke

1/4 inch

5946D2L or 5946D2R

0.74 cubic yard

1,330 pounds

3.0 inch bore, 1.75 inch rod, 18 inch stroke

1/4 inch

5964D1L or 5964D1R

1.12 cubic yard

1,490 pounds

3.5 inch bore, 2.0 inch rod, 18 inch stroke

1/4 inch

Will the Maxx Side Dump Bucket Fit My Skid Steer?

Maxx builds the side dump bucket with universal skid steer mounts for skid steers, compact track loaders and compact wheel loaders, and its dump cylinder runs on the machine's auxiliary hydraulics.
