At Attachment Empire, we provide a clear and consistent shipping experience. This policy explains how we ship orders placed on Attachment Empire.

  • Price: Free USA shipping on most orders. Any order with an exception will be noted on the product page and at checkout.

2. Shipping Destinations

United States

  • We currently ship to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia.

  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or P.O. boxes that cannot accept carrier delivery.

Future Expansion

We plan to expand our shipping regions in the future. When additional destinations become available, this page will be updated.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Free USA shipping on most orders. Any shipping exception will be clearly displayed on the product page and at checkout.

All shipping costs are shown during checkout. There are no hidden shipping fees charged by us. Applicable taxes may still apply where required by law.

4. Order Handling and Delivery Time

Total delivery time is 5 to 8 business days from the time your order is placed. This includes our handling time and the carrier's transit time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on business days begin processing the same day.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST begin processing the next business day.

If a product requires additional handling or freight delivery, the product page will include a notice. That product-specific information overrides the standard delivery estimate above.

5. Shipping Methods and Carriers

Orders ship through trusted national carriers. Depending on the destination and package size, we may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other comparable freight and parcel carriers.

Shipment Tracking

Every shipment includes tracking when available. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Freight Deliveries

Oversized or heavy products may require curbside delivery, lift-gate service, or a scheduled delivery appointment. Any special delivery requirements will be indicated on the product page before purchase.

After your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Marked Delivered but Not Received

  • Verify your shipping address.

  • Check with neighbors or your building management.

  • Contact us so we can assist with a carrier trace.

Damaged Packages

We'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

8. Missing Items

If an item is missing from your shipment, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the missing item details. We'll investigate and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

9. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Some products may be excluded from return eligibility.

  • Refund timing: Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the returned item is received and approved.

Please enter your shipping address carefully during checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned due to an address issue, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
