Berlon Industries SASP Meltrr Skid Steer Salt Spreader

Salting walks, drives and lots from a tailgate spreader means loading it by hand. Berlon's SASP Meltrr salt spreader scoops its own load like a bucket, then an auger feeds a 304 stainless steel spinner and gate that spread it across ice. Spinner speed follows engine RPM, so you set the spread from the throttle. Pick the 60 inch spreader at 26 cubic feet, the 72 inch at 32, or the 72 inch high pressure model built for 24 GPM at 3,500 PSI with an enclosed motor.

The SASP is the salt spreader Berlon sells as the Meltrr. The standard models run on 20 GPM intermittent at 3,000 PSI, and every model comes with the hoses, couplers and hose saver.

Will the Berlon Salt Spreader Fit My Machine?

Every SASP comes with the MPUF-1 universal mounting plate, the quick attach on most skid steers and compact track loaders and on tractor loaders built with a skid steer style plate. It needs one set of auxiliary hydraulics: Berlon rates the standard models at 20 GPM intermittent and 3,000 PSI, and the high pressure model at 24 GPM and 3,500 PSI. Keep the loaded spreader within your machine's rated operating capacity.
