The Maxx Timberwolf is a forestry tree shear for skid steers, offered as a grapple shear or a bunching shear in 14 and 16 inch sizes. Maxx lists 3/4 inch AR400 milled knife edges, an A-572 tower, a shear cylinder with a 5 inch barrel and 3 inch rod, internally routed hoses and guarded hardline, and it comes with hoses to the machine lines and standard flow flat face quick disconnects.

Maxx lists the 14 inch Timberwolf for skid steers with at least 3,000 pounds of operating capacity and the 16 inch for at least 3,400 pounds, with 15 to 30 GPM of auxiliary flow at no more than 3,000 PSI. The grapple runs through an electro-hydraulic diverter valve, so we confirm the electrical connection your machine needs.
