Berlon Industries Soil Conditioner Overview
Finish work on a lawn, bed or pad needs soil broken up and leveled before seed or sod goes down. Berlon's MISC mini soil conditioner turns rough ground into a clean, workable surface with a direct drive motor, a 45 tooth drum built around an 8 inch tube and carbide tipped teeth set in a V pattern for even conditioning. Caster wheels with 7 height positions set the depth, and it angles 27 degrees each way. Choose manual angle or one of three hydraulic angle setups.
The MISC-48 is Berlon's soil conditioner for mini loaders, with a 48 inch rake width at center and 43 inches at full angle. Berlon pitches it at pros who want clean finish work and little downtime.

Berlon builds it with the MIUNV mini mount, which Berlon lists for Vermeer and New Holland mini skid steers. Berlon also makes Toro Dingo style (MPDG-1), Ditch Witch (MIDW), Boxer (MIBOX) and Bobcat mini (MIBOB-1) mounts; tell us your machine and we will confirm the mount before you order. The drum motor runs on the mini loader's auxiliary hydraulics at 12 to 17 GPM.
