Lowe Manufacturing Auger Drive Overview
Post holes, footings and tree pits go fast when the auger drive matches the loader's hydraulic flow. Lowe's Classic Series is its most popular auger by Lowe's account, built with Lowe hydraulic motors, a heavy duty reduction drive, a heat treated alloy drive shaft and protected hose routing. Seven models cover 5 to 25 GPM, including two high pressure units rated to 3,500 PSI. Each package comes with the drive unit, the universal skid steer mount, hoses and couplers, and a round or hex output shaft.
The Classic Series is Lowe's reduction drive auger line for skid steers, sold here as the complete package Lowe prices: drive unit, mounting bracket, hoses and couplers. Auger bits are sold separately. Lowe's motors need only two hydraulic lines, with no case drain.
