Lowe Manufacturing Auger Bit Overview
Flat tooth augers stall and skate when they hit fracturable rock or coral. Lowe's RSQ Series rock augers dig where they cannot, using conical carbide teeth and a choice of center points. The standard bit carries a fishtail point, and Lowe's optional SP and CP points are offered on the 9 inch and larger bits. They come 6 to 36 inches in diameter with a 2 9/16 inch round or 2 inch hex top. Pair them with a drive that has the torque for rock.
The RSQ Series is Lowe's rock auger. The conical carbide teeth sit in weld-on holders and replace individually.
